How we use your details
This notice explains what JuanLink Technologies Corp. ("JuanLink", "we") does with the personal details you send through the application form on juanlink.net, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
Your name, mobile number, e-mail address (if you give one), your address and barangay, the plan you are interested in, and any notes you write. We also record the date and time of your application.
Why we collect it
- To check whether our fiber network reaches your address.
- To contact you about your application and schedule the installation.
- To set up your account if you subscribe.
We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated advertising.
Where it is kept
Your application is stored in our customer management system, which only authorized JuanLink staff can access. If you do not subscribe, we delete your application within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Call us at (044) 797-6436 and tell us it is a privacy request.
